PAKISTAN GOT TALENT – APPLICATION TERMS
- Applicants will be selected at the sole discretion of Pixel Entertainment (the “Company”), and all decisions made by the Company shall be final.
- This application relates to participation in a television entertainment talent competition currently titled “Pakistan Got Talent” (the “Programme”), which Pixel Entertainment will produce. Any information provided by you in this application may be used in the Programme if you are selected.
- You agree to comply with all rules, regulations, terms, and conditions of the Programme as determined by Pixel Entertainment (the “Rules”). The Rules may be amended at any time by the Company, including verbally, and you agree to be bound by such changes. The Company’s decisions shall be final in all matters.
- You must be a resident of Pakistan and provide valid identification documents to verify your age and identity, such as a CNIC, B-Form, or passport, as requested by the Company.
- All personal details and information provided by you in this application, or otherwise submitted, must be true, accurate, and not misleading in any way.
- Pixel Entertainment reserves the right to disqualify any applicant who provides false, inaccurate, or misleading information, fails to comply with the Rules, or breaches any terms of this application.
- Without prior written consent from Pixel Entertainment, you must not disclose, publicise, or discuss with any third party any information related to the application, the Programme, your participation, the production team, other participants, or any confidential information that comes to your knowledge, unless such information is already publicly available.
- You must disclose to the Company details of any current or pending criminal or civil proceedings, or any past convictions, if applicable.
- If your act involves animals, you must ensure that all required vaccinations and health checks are completed and provide all relevant documentation as requested by Pixel Entertainment to confirm that the animal is safe to participate in the Programme.

You must inform Pixel Entertainment in advance if you intend to:
- perform any physical, risky, or dangerous stunts, including full details of the act; and/or
- use any equipment as part of your performance.
